  • We build homes primarily in Fort Worth and Aledo, though we’ve been known to travel as far as Dallas for the right project.

  • Ah, the "How much per square foot?" question—this is a bit of a tricky one! Unless you’re working with a production builder, this number isn’t reliable for a fully custom home. At the moment, we’re handling projects that range from $250 to $490 per square foot, so as you can imagine, the cost can vary quite a bit. Once we have a better understanding of your specific needs and desired finishes, we’ll be able to provide a much more accurate estimate!

  • Absolutely! We specialize in crafting homes that reflect a variety of architectural styles, from Mediterranean and Colonial to Tudor and Mid-Century Modern. Our focus is creating timeless and architecturally correct designs that embrace current trends in a way that feels fresh and sophisticated, ensuring your home remains a source of pride for decades to come.

  • We create our quotes with precise, detailed line items—at least 52 in total. The biggest factor in determining cost is the square footage, layout, and specific needs of the site. Simply put, more square footage typically means higher costs. Additionally, every piece of land has its own unique requirements, which can significantly impact the final quote.

    Other key factors influencing the cost include the interior features of the home, such as luxury appliances, high-end countertops, intricate layouts, custom materials, extensive built-in cabinetry, and specialized lighting systems. We prioritize early conversations about your goals to ensure we set realistic expectations from the start.
