    This essential step includes an initial visit to your property, developing a plan for your family to create lasting memories, drafting a proposal, finalizing the scope of work, obtaining permits, conducting pre-build engineering, and beginning the design selection process. While you’re not obligated to proceed with your home build with Provender if during the design phase you feel we’re not the right fit, you will retain the rights to your home plans for your exclusive use.   • Build: Break Ground

    Once plans are finalized and the contract is signed, we secure necessary permits and proceed with your build or renovation. To uphold our commitment to transparency, we schedule weekly meetings to discuss expenses incurred that week and evaluate our progress against the overall budget. This regular check-in will ensure that you are informed at every stage, allowing us to make necessary adjustments to stay aligned with your goals. Your satisfaction and confidence are our priorities, and we believe that open communication is key to achieving that from the moment we receive the first permit to final inspection.

  • Style: Design Services

    Whether as a stand-alone service or as the final stage of a comprehensive design-build project, layering in furnishings is what truly brings a home to life. Our services cater to a wide range of needs and we do our best to meet you exactly where you are in your design journey, ensuring that the final result reflects your personal style while enhancing the overall atmosphere of your home. Our goal is to make the interior design process enjoyable and tailored to your unique vision, allowing your space to flourish and feel inviting whether curating the perfect table or revamping spaces and pieces throughout your entire home.

  • Repair: Post-loss Support

    Life presents unexpected challenges, from leaks and hail storms to fires or even a toddler leaving the sink running overnight. Regardless of the cause, our team is dedicated to advocating for you. We collaborate closely with your insurance agent to ensure your coverage is effective, comprehensive, and adequate. Our experts will assess the damage, manage the necessary funds and additional supplements as needed, and oversee the entire restoration process, ensuring your home is brought back to its original condition. You can count on us to navigate this challenging time with professionalism and support.
